If you don’t see the product you want to order, it is either ‘out of stock’ or is not able to ship to your area.

If you are having trouble getting your order to go through, or you have been prompted to give us a call, a couple of things may be happening. The most likely reason is that the address you are attempting to send alcohol to is in an area that does not allow shipments of alcohol. Regulations regarding alcohol shipments may vary state by state, and in some states, county by county. Please be sure the address you are trying to ship to allows alcohol shipments. We are not able to override state or federal regulations regarding the shipment of alcohol.

The second reason you may be having difficulty is that the product you would like to purchase is not registered in the state you wish to send it. Please call us if you have a question concerning an order.

Our Tug Hill Products make excellent gifts; but, there are a few things to consider.

1. Whomever you wish to send some Tug Hill deliciousness to MUST BE 21 years of age to receive it.

2. Alcohol should never be sent as a surprise. Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the shipment with a valid photo ID. If no one is available to sign for it, for whatever reason, the shipment does run the risk of getting sent back to us. UPS will attempt one delivery before the package is held for pick-up. However, there are options for your convenience available at checkout, such as “Hold at a pickup location” or designating a specific shipping date to avoid missing the recipient.

3. Lastly, we are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrectly entered shipping addresses can lead to delays in arrival, and costly re-shipments.
