Wine Down

Wine Down happens every Thursday, from 5-9pm, and is one of our staple events at the Estate! A little food, a few beverages, and live music make for a relaxing evening. Wine Down is a casual event. Reservations are optional, but they do guarantee a table is available for you, and walk-ins are welcome. Reservations may be made via OpenTable, or by calling 315-376-4336. Our doors will open at 5pm for food and beverages. Our Wine Down menu is listed below, as well as, our upcoming local musical talent. Music begins at 6pm.

Disclaimer: When the weather is nice, as in, warm, not too windy, and not raining, Wine Down will take place outside. If conditions are not suitable for enjoying the out-of-doors, Wine Down will take place inside. Please come prepared for seating in either place.

LOCAL CHARCUTERIE BOARD  -local summer sausage and ring bologna from local meat markets, extra sharp cheddar and a Cheese of the Day, crackers, fresh or dried fruit, and a beer mustard sauce. (GF- crackers on side) $24

CHICKEN SALAD SALAD- No, that’s not a typo! You can now get a hearty scoop of our Harvest Chicken Salad right on top of a bowl of fresh greens, candied pecans, shredded cheddar cheese and a side of Maple Balsamic. $17 

CAPRESE CHICKEN BOWL- Fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, seasoned chicken, wild rice blend, pesto mayo drizzle, and maple balsamic dressing. (GF) $18
